TERMS & CONDITIONS

TOTAL DIAMOND DEVELOPMENT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

By enrolling in classes, private lessons, or programs at Total Diamond Development, you agree to abide by the following policies and procedures:

1. Refund & Credit Policy

No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled classes, camps, or private lessons.
Credits only will be given toward future sessions and must be used within the same calendar month.
To reschedule a class or private lesson, you must notify the facility at least 3 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiting that session without credit.

2. Social Media Opt-Out

Total Diamond Development may take photos or videos during sessions for use on our social media platforms and promotional materials.
If you do not wish for your child to appear on social media, it is your responsibility to notify an instructor and request a designated wristband for your child to wear, signaling no media consent.

3. Code of Conduct

Profanity and inappropriate language are strictly prohibited within the facility by both athletes and spectators.
All players, parents, and staff are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.

4. Dress Code

All participants and staff must follow the facility’s dress code:

Shorts must be of appropriate length.
Tops must be worn at all times during training and while inside the facility.
Tennis shoes or turf training shoes only. NO CLEATS, PLEASE!

5. Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to each session.
At checkout, you may pay by credit card, or select "Pay Later" to pay via Venmo or Cash App.
If you choose "Pay Later," payment must be made within 30 minutes of booking, or your session will be canceled and reopened to other clients.
Unpaid or late payments may result in loss of your reserved time slot.

Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the above policies.

Liability Waiver:

I hereby acknowledge that participation in any sports training, including but not limited to baseball and softball lessons, camps, clinics, and related activities at Total Diamond Development, involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, or other physical harm.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities at Total Diamond Development, I, the undersigned, for myself and/or my child, and on behalf of our heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby:

Assume full responsibility for any and all risks of bodily injury, illness, or property damage arising from participation.
Release and discharge Total Diamond Development, its owners, coaches, staff, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of participation in any facility activities.
Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Total Diamond Development and its representatives from any loss, liability, or cost they may incur due to participation, whether caused by the negligence of the facility or otherwise.
Authorize emergency medical care if necessary and understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

By booking, completing payment, and signing on our platform, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
